A starter pack for the Physical AI & Creative Robotics Hackathon.

Hackathons live or die on the first hour. This repo gives participants a 1,000-idea launchpad so you skip the blank page and start shipping a working Adamo teleop demo in one Lovable build.

What's inside

  • · 10 creative disciplines — dance, music, visual art, video, photo, writing, film/animation, games, theater, fashion — reframed as embodied practices for humanoids.
  • · 100 ideas per discipline — each combining a sub-discipline with one of four Adamo kernels.
  • · A Lovable mega-prompt per idea — paste, the sandbox verifies your Adamo key, the phone renders the proof.
  • · The four kernels — Author, Simulate, Publish, Witness.
  • · A sandbox smoke script — ~50 lines of Python the Lovable build sandbox runs once, so every mega-prompt proves the Adamo key works before you ever hand the artifact to a robot.
  • · TAM / SAM / SOM — indicative market sizing for your pitch slide.

How to use it (from a phone)

  1. Get an Adamo API key from operate.adamohq.com.
  2. Open Lovable on your phone. Pick a discipline, open 2–3 ideas that grab you.
  3. Paste the mega-prompt. When Lovable asks, paste your ADAMO_API_KEY into the secret prompt — it lives only in the sandbox.
  4. The sandbox runs the smoke test, writes public/adamo-smoke.json, and the app renders the "sandbox verified" card.
  5. At the showcase, an operator with a laptop next to the robot plays back the JSON artifact your app produced.
